Viewing property details:
You can view the properties that are currently being advertised by visiting the property list or the classified ads. When you view the details from the property list, more pages to visit for that property will show in a new set of navigation links above the existing menu list (this additional list of links is only for the selected property).
Each property is presented as a 'mini-website': this means that each mini-website may have a different arrangement of pages best suited to show the potential of that property. You will also see that the colour scheme for each property changes. Note that as you visit each page, the navigation links on the left lose the underscore - this helps you see which pages you have already seen.
Contacting the Seller
Each property has its own 'Contact Seller' page and 'How to Buy' section. When you use this, it sends an email to the seller of the property or their agent. If you are interested in a property, please make sure you use its own 'contact seller' page otherwise the email will go to the wrong person! If you wish to contact the administrators of this website, or place an advert, please use the Contact Us link which appears at the left of each page. Please do not use this administrator's contact page for enquiries about a property. As we are not estate agents, we are not allowed to forward them.
Advertising your property
It is easy to advertise your property on this site, To start with, read the Advertise page and the Prices page. Then Contact Us to start the ball rolling.
Bookmarking or 'add to favourites'
You can bookmark or 'add to favourites' any page by using the button to the bottom left of each page. We use a service provided by 'AddThis' that enables bookmarking to either the browser bookmarks/favourites or to social websites such as Del.icio.us, Facebook, MySpace, Google etc. When you use the button a list appears from which you can choose.
