We provide classified advertising and three levels of service to suit different budgets: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Each property that is advertised using the Gold, Silver or Bronze service will have a mini-website hand built to suit the characteristics of that property. We believe that these are quite cheap compared to other costs in selling your home!

Classified Ads
Classified ads are the cheapest way to get started. The cost is just £35 for the first 3 months, then £25 per quarter. Payment to be in advance.
Bronze Service
This is the simplest option and would incorporate up to 4 pages. Typically these would be: The home page, the house, the gardens land and outbuildings, and a contact page. The property will also show in the property list and in the 'site map'. Prices, for a standard layout, would be £350 to create a mini-website (including 3 months free listing) thereafter £25 per quarter ongoing for each period the property is advertised. This cost would include editing up to 10 photographs in Photoshop to bring out their best and optimising them for use on the web.
Silver Service
This option gives more flexibility for more extensive properties that need additional pages to bring out the extra features of the property.
A location map
This option would incorporate up to 8 pages. Typically these would be: The home page, the house, the gardens, the land, barns and outbuildings, holiday cottages, location details, the business or tourism potential, and a contact page - these are just suggestions and can be changed to suit your requirements. The property will also show in the property list and in the 'site map' before the Bronze Service properties. Prices, for a standard layout, would be £500 to create a mini-website (including 6 months free listing) thereafter £25 per quarter ongoing for each period the property is advertised. This cost would include editing up to 15 photographs in Photoshop to bring out their best and optimising them for use on the web.
Gold Service
If you want the maximum flexibility for advertising your property, the gold service is for you. For this service, the 'mini-websites' can be tailored to your specific needs.
A photo gallery
Using this option allows you to incorporate additional facilities above the cheaper services with features such as a location map (typically using Google Maps), photo galleries and an FAQ (short questions and answers) page. These properties will also show in the property list and in the 'site map' before the Bronze and Silver Service properties. Prices depend on the exact requirements but typically start at £750 to create a mini-website including 12 months free listing. This cost would include editing an agreed number of photographs in Photoshop to bring out their best and optimising them for use on the web. The ongoing cost would be £25 per quarter for each period the property is advertised.
Featured Property
One property can be featured on the home page of this site, and would be the first property in the property list and site map. To be the featured property on the home page would add £30 per month.
Other options
Sales Particulars: We can help prepare a printable (PDF) document that can be viewed, printed or downloaded. You will need to supply the photographs and text, we will optimise the photos to minimize the size of the resultant document (so as to reduce download times). Cost for this feature is usually between £25 and £100 depending on the number of photos to be processed and any other work.
Payment for Silver and Bronze
An initial deposit of £100 is required after the first page is completed (you get to see it), the balance is required after the site is finished, but before it is published. Ongoing quarterly fees are to be in advance.
Payment for Gold
This will be specified when we quote for your requirements, but typically a small deposit will be required to start the work, a further payment when the first page is ready (for you to see) and the balance when the work is completed, prior to it being published. Ongoing quarterly fees are to be in advance.
