From Leek take the A523 signposted for Ashbourne. After approximately 3 miles on reaching the Bottomhouses crossroads turn left onto the B5053 sign posted Longnor. Drive through the village of Onecote and take the second turning right sign posted Butterton and Manifold Valley. Count 5 fields down on the right hand side and there is a farm track (the private drive to the property). Turn right and the drive is approximately ¼ mile long. The house is before you.
From Ashbourne take the A52 sign posted Leek for approximately 8 miles and turn right at the Bottomhouses crossroads sign posted Longnor.
From Hartington take the B5054 sign posted Warslow. Drive through Hulme End and follow the road over the bridge. At the t-junction turn left sign posted B5053 Warslow. Drive through Warslow and climb up Clews Bank. Take the second turning on the left sign posted Butterton and the Manifold Valley.
